Refund policy
At The PrimeMade, customer satisfaction is important to us.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- With tags attached (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
